PURPOSE:To enable building of a tunnel even if the construction length of the tunnel is increased, by a method wherein, when the lining of a small tunnel is built by cast-in-place by the use nof a 2-pack type liquid foaming type material, the material is sealed in a capsule to feed it with a pressure to a tunnel excavator. CONSTITUTION:When a small tunnel with a bore of about 30cm is built, a capsule, in which resin and a solidifying aggent are separately sealed, is fed with a pressure within a pipe 3 for capsule, and the capsule is driven through a driving hole 10 of a tunnel excavator into a space formed with an outer form 1, a pipe 2 for cable, and the pipe 3. Then, through expansion of a hydraulic cylinder 12, a side form 5 is positioned behind the driving hole 10, with a motor 6 driven, a mixer 4 is rotated. In which case, the capsule containing the material is destroyed by the mixer 4, 2-pack type liquid is mixed together for foaming to form a lining 13. |
