PURPOSE:To apply to any rotational shaft without necessity of projecting the shaft of a motor from a motor casing by pressing and intruding a connecting edge formed on a center shaft to the outer periphery of the end of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a hollow shaft 11 is driven by a prime mover 14, power is transmitted from the shaft 11 through a spring 18 interposed between the shaft 11 and a center shaft 15 to the shaft 15, and further transmitted from the engaging edge 19 of the hole 16 of the shaft 15 to a rotational shaft 2 and a motor bearing itself to rotate a pulley 4 mounted on the shaft 2 supported by the motor bearing. When the cutting tool of a lathe 7 is contacted with the pulley 4, the outer diameter of the pulley 4 is cut with the shaft 2 as a center. In this case, since means for pressing and intruding the edge 19 formed on the shaft 15 to the outer periphery of the end of the shaft 2 is used, the shaft 2 of the motor is not necessarily projected from the casing 1, but can be applied to any motor. |
