PURPOSE:To automatize the spanning of a gangway while increase the safety of boarding by providing an elevating frame elevatingly along a traveling tower, and installing a revolving frame, which supports a vertically swingable boarding gangway, on said elevating frame. CONSTITUTION:A tower 1, which is partitioned into two or more stories and which has a zigzag stairway 14, is erected on a carriage 6, which is movable along a rail 5, and an elevating frame 2 is provided elevatingly along this tower 1. The elevating frame 2 has a frame body, which surrounds the outer periphery of the tower 1, and which is supported by a winding winch 17 provided on the top of the tower 1, being suspended through wire. And, a revolving frame 3 is provided, revolvably along an arc-shaped supporting boards 22 provided on the upper and lower edge parts of the elevating frame 2, and a boarding gangway 4, consisting of a base part 33, an intermediate part 34, and a stairway 35, is vertically swingably installed on the frame 3, making it swingable by means of a hydraulic cylinder 37.
