PURPOSE:To attain to enhance the reliability of an analytical result, by a method wherein an empty reaction container is scanned by a single detector to detect an optical property while measuring parameters dependent on measuring points where a large number of reaction container lines are preliminarily calculated and these parameters are used in the correction of the measuring result of a liquid specimen. CONSTITUTION:A turntable 1 is rotated by a step motor 15 and a reaction container C2 is sent to a measuring point P1 and subsequently sent to succeeding measuring points stepwise. Next, a support stand 9 is revolved from the measuring point P1 to a measuring point P22 through an AC motor 14 and, for example, 22 reaction containers are scanned by a light source 10 and a photoelectric detector 11. The detection signal from the detector 11 is inputted to a control/ data processing apparatus 19 through a lead 16, an A/D converter 17 and a lead 18. By this mechanism, for example, the sum total of absorbancy values of 80 reaction containers at the arbitrary measuring point of the measuring point P1-P22 is set to a reference value and the difference of this reference value and the sum total of absorbancy values of 80 reaction containers at a measuring point other than said arbitray measuring point is calculated, and processed and calculated by the apparatus 19 as the correction value of measuring parameters. Therefore, a measuring error can be corrected. |
