PURPOSE:To simplify the individual or simultaneous utilizing for hot-water supply or room heating by a method wherein a large impeller and a small impeller are utilized, also those impellers are enabled to perform the two-stage air flow control for hot-water supply and room heating. CONSTITUTION:A large impeller 2 and a small impeller 3 are fixed to the shaft of one motor 8, a fan casing 10 is provided for the large impeller 2, and a fan casing 5 is provided for the small impeller 3. A room heating duct 15 is led into the fan casing 5 and a hot-water supply duct 14 is led into the fan casing 10. Thus, the two-stage air flow control is enabled with one motor. By the ON/ OFF of a solenoid valve 18 and a solenoid valve 19, the individual or simultaneous utilizing for hot-water supply or room heating are simplified. Thereby, the moisture condensation of room heating duct and hot-water supply duct can be prevented.
