<p>PURPOSE:To raise the traveling property of an excavator during the composite operation period as well as reduce the numbers of pumps by connecting the pressure oil of the lowest flow in the first and second oil-pressure pumps through a check valve and a throttle valve to a control valve for dozer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A manual control valve V1 for a turning motor and traveling motor m1 is connected in parallel to the first oil-pressure pump P1. A manual control valve V2 for boom, arm, and traveling motor m2 is connected in parallel to the second oil-pressure pump P2. A manual throttle control valve V3 for dozer cylinder (s) is connected through a check valve to the lowest flow. Pressure oil of the first oil-pressure pump is joined to the inlet port side of the manual throttle control valve V3 through the check valve 1 from the lowest flow. The number of pumps in the oil-pressure circuit of the excavator with dozer can thus be reduced, and staggered traveling during the concurrent operation of the dozer and traveling can be prevented.</p> |
