<p>PURPOSE:To form a uniform coating film with high production efficiency by circulating a part of the coating liquid in a closed system within a range until the coating liquid fed from a feeding means of the coating liquid reaches the end of ejection of the liquid. CONSTITUTION:A slit 47 for circulating coating liquid is formed to the midway of a slit 45 in a system for coating the coating liquid 2 fed by a coating liquid feeding means 44 from a coating liquid tank 43 to an ejecting end 46, and a part of the coating liquid 2 is drawn from the slit 47 by a pump 48 and is fed back from a feeding port 49 of the coating machine 41 to a sump 42. By this constitution, deterioration of quality of coated film due to evaporation of liquid, etc. is prevented, and coagulation of the liquid component is also prevented. Thus, uniform coated film contg. no streak is formed.</p> |
