摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for balance test, by providing a circuit, which can compute the component vectors that can be corrected on the surfaces of six counterweights, based on the results of two-plane dynamic balance tests of a six-cylinder crankshaft. CONSTITUTION:The counterweights #1-#6 are measured and made to be balancing surfaces. DC signals Lx and Ly and Rx and Ry correspond to the components at 90 deg. of unbalance vectors UL and UR and are converted to components AL, BL and CL and AR, BR and CR at 120 deg. on the respective surfaces by converters 11 and 12. The output signals are operated by adders 21-25 so as to satisfy a specified expression. The components of the components vectors U(#1) - U(#6) are made to be u(#1)-u(#6). Then the DC signals corresponding to u(#1), u(#2), 1/2uL(#3+#4), u(#5) and u(#6) can be obtained.
