PURPOSE:To reduce drive power by supplying power from a capacitor for a power source to a poloidal load and a heater load during a small load. CONSTITUTION:Powers are supplied from motor generator G1-Gn for a common power source to a poloidal load P and a heater load N to the loads P, N during a plasma current exciting time T1. The energy of the poloidal coil is regenerated during a plasma current stopping time T3, the generators G1-Gn are accelerated by the regenerative energy as motors and stores as rotary energy.
