PURPOSE:To improve computing accuracy at the time of low heat radiation, in a centralized air conditioning system of an apartment type house, by turning ON a switch in a motor-operated valve circuit, which opens and closes the flow path of a heating medium to a heat exchanger only when a blower switch is operating. CONSTITUTION:A blower condenser motor 21 is connected to an AC power source 20 by way of a room thermostat 24, a power source switch 25 and air quantity switches 22 and 23 for a blower. AC relays 30 and 31 for a slave unit 8 are connected to the switches 22 and 23 having an AC relay 32. A motor operated valve 26 for opening and closing the flow path of a heating medium to a heat exchanger (not shown) is connected to a contact point 32a of a relay 36. Thus, the switch 25 and the thermostat 24 are turned ON and the switches 22 and 23 are turned OFF. Then, the valve 26 is closed and natural heat radiation is stopped. Therefore, measurement of the amount of the natural heat radiation, which causes the low accuracy, can be unnecessitated.
