<p>PURPOSE:To mold a head rest or an arm rest having an accent as the interior decoration in a vehicle by blowing compressed air into molds from the hole provided at the mold bottom and pressing the skins after the molds have been closed and clamped from both outer side of two sheets. CONSTITUTION:Two thermoplastic sheets 1, 2 having each single different color which become skins are extruded from the dies to two extruders, while opposing them inside of molds 3, 4. After the molds 3, 4 have been closed, a head rest, skin 8 is molded, blowing compressed air from th bottom 5 of the mold. The unnecessary end parts of the sheets 1, 2 are cut of and removed by closing the molds 3, 4. Thus, the head rest skin (composed of the sheets 1, 2) composed of different color skins is obtained in a bag-form.</p> |
