PURPOSE:To reduce the switching loss by connecting a high speed transistor in parallel with a large power transistor, and performing a transient switching by the transistor. CONSTITUTION:A transistor 12 which operates at faster speed than any of transistors 2, 5 and has a high ON voltage is connected in parallel with the transistor 5. Thus, when a transiently rising current is flowed to the transistors 2, 12, the voltage applied to the transistor element is shared by the transistor 12 which is conducted after the transistor 2, the switching loss of the product of the current and the voltage can be reduced. |
