PURPOSE:To obtain a polyacetal composition having excellent impact properties, and good strength and stiffness, by compounding a polyacetal, an acetal copolymer having a specified composition, and a thermoplastic elastomer. CONSTITUTION:1.5-90wt% polyacetal (A); 97.5-5wt% acetal copolymer (B) composed of a polyacetal part, and a modified ethylene-propylene copolymer part or a modified ethylene-propylenediene terpolymer part; and 1-40wt% thermoplastic elastomer (C) with a second-order transition temperature of -120-+40 deg.C, containing soft segments and hard segments are compounded to give the objective polyacetal composition. The examples of component C include a polystyrene-polybutadiene block copolymer and a polyurethane elastomer.
