PURPOSE:To easily enable the discrimination of functionality, by applying a temporary shortcircuit wire to an operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:In performing a test, the output terminal and input one of the operational amplifier 3 mounted to a printed circuit board 2 are shortcircuited to a temporary shortcircuit wire 3a and a test signal repeating at about 10Hz between the max. and min. voltage values of the same phase input voltage by the measure of the operational amplifier 3 is sent out from a signal generation part 11 and applied to the non-reversal input terminal of the amplifier 3 and a comparison and detection part 12. The detection part 12 detects the voltage difference of test signal voltage and the output voltage of the amplifier 3 obtained at the reversal input terminal of said amplifier 3 and judges whether the voltage difference value is in the range of preset voltage. When said value deviated from the set range, the amplifier 3 is judged as an inferior one and a judge result is displayed by the display of a control part 1 or subjected to printing output.
