PURPOSE:To prevent a speed change gear from being erroneously operated by properly defining a speed change step position of a manual oil line changeover valve mechanically coupled with a shaft lever. CONSTITUTION:A transfer manual valve 410 has a spool 420 coupled with a shift lever 401 provided on a driver seat via a link mechanism 402, and an in-port 411 and an out-port 413 coupled with a line pressure generating oil passage 1 of a hydraulic control circuit of a four-speed automatic speed changer. When for the manual valve 410, a stroke between a two-wheeled high speed step H2 position and a four-wheeled high speed step H4 of the spool 420 is assumed S4, and a stroke between the four-wheeled high speed step H4 and a four-wheeled low step L4 assumed SB, it satisfies a relation SA<SB. Hereby. an operation property by a driver can be prevented from being reduced, while reliability against erroneous operation improved.
