PURPOSE:To reduce in size and ease adjustment by forming the captioned device so as to be capable of temporarily stopping a loading plate by means of a fixing implement provided on an air cylinder juxtaposed with an air cylinder for moving the loading plate. CONSTITUTION:When a part is placed on a loading plate 28, a piston rod 5 is slided in a guide 29 to move its position as shown by an imaginary line. A distance of this movement is decided by means of a bolt 33. Further, through adjusting a bolt 38, a position of contact of a L-shaped fixed frame 36, fitted to the piston rod 5' of an air cylinder B, with the lower edge 28a of the loading plate 28 of the piston rod 5 for an air cylinder A is adjusted so as to temporarily stop the loading plate 28 at an intermediate position of the moving distance of the piston rod 5. Then the piston rod 5' of the air cylinder B is extended, and the piston rod 5 is moved to the next position. Thus, a position of movement of the loading plate can be properly selected and the captioned device can be reduced in size and adjusted easily.
