<p>PURPOSE:To decrease error transmission in a three-dimensional forecasting and encoding system by inserting a local signal instead of forecasting error into every prescribed frame or into every prescribed field at the time of recording. CONSTITUTION:For a local signal 7 from an adder 4, prescribed time base conversion is executed by a time base converter 42. On the other hand, a forecasting error 6 is supplied to a word converter 9 through a quantizer 3. For the output of the word converter 9, prescribed time base conversion is executed by a time base converter 41. Then, a switch 43 selects either of outputs of the time base converters 41 and 42, and outputs it to an output terminal 47 through a synthesizing device 46. Since the time base converters 41 and 42, and the switch 43 are controlled by a controller 44, the local signal is inserted of the forecasting error into every prescribed frame (prescribed field). As a result, error transmission in the three-dimensional forecasting encoding system can be decreased.</p> |
