PURPOSE:To suppress the vibration of control valve by inserting a mass damper reciprocatably through a gap in a reaction chamber bore. CONSTITUTION:A mass damper 17 is fitted reciprocatably through proper gap against a reaction chamber bore in a spool shaft 13 inserted into a reaction chamber 27. The spring force of a pair of damper springs 18 arranged between reaction plungers 14, 15 is functioned to the master damper 17. The inherent vibration of mass damper 17 is matched with that of a hollow spool 12 to vibrate the mass damper 17 with same inherent frequency and reverse phase upon vibration of spool 12 with inherent frequency thus to function vibration suppressing force onto the spool 12. |
