<p>PURPOSE:To heighten compression ratio and to prevent breakage of a bellows by enclosing in a gas chamber gas and liquid for eliminating dead space for compression of gas in the gas chamber at the maximum expansion of a bellows in a two-phase state. CONSTITUTION:In a gas chamber 7, enclosed are gas (a) and liquid (b) for eliminating dead space for compression of gas (a) in the gas chamber 7 at the maximum expansion of a bellows 6 in a two-phase state. Therefore, even if sealed-in pressure is low, compression ratio can be increased within the range of 10-100, so that the chamber can be used at a stroke up to high-pressure area. Furthermore, even if leakage of gas is caused at a gas enclosing port 3 or fluid pressure more than expected is loaded to the sealed-in pressure, the bellows 6 can be compressed in such a manner as to be equal to pressure on line side A to prevent breakage of the bellows 6.</p> |
