PURPOSE:To hold a crew reliably through simple structure by constructing the sliding section in groove such that the shoe will be destroyed through tensile force to be produced in a weaving for holding a crew upon emergency. CONSTITUTION:The outer end section 22 of weaving 10 is stopped to a slider 26 rotatably through a bolt 28. The slider 26 is guided in an longitudinal groove 32 of guide rail 30 of move along the guide rail 30. The slider 26 has an enlarged section 44 covering the flat head section 46 and a shearing pin 48 where a flat shoe 50 larger than the head section 46 is formed integrally with the slider 26. Upon application of load onto an anchor plate 24 in the direction D, the slider 26 will rotate around the end section 58A to cut the shearing pin 48 thus to destroy the shoe 50 and to block sliding of slider 26 in the groove resulting in reliable holding of a crew. |
