PURPOSE:To obtain an actuator to perform rotational motion and axially directional transference at the same time with simple construction by a method wherein the actuator is so constructed as to be rotationally driven or axially directionally driven according to mutual action of feeding currents to the groups of coils and magnetic flux generated by a field rotor, and current feedings to the first and the second coil groups are controlled to be changed over according to distribution means. CONSTITUTION:When an S pole is generated to the magnet 2 side according to the current of a coil A, rotational power as shown with an arrow mark (p) is generated to the magnet 2 according to attraction and repulsion with the N pole and the S pole of the magnet 2. While, an S pole is formed to the magnet 2 side according to the current of a coil D, axially directionally transferring power as shown with an arrow mark (q) is generated to the magnet 2 according to repulsive power between the S pole of the magnet 2. A coil to be fed with a current is changed following to the rotation of the magnet 2. Accordingly, when feeding of currents to the group of transistors 11-16 and the goup of transistors 21-26 is controlled corresponding to output (g) of the group of position detecting elements 5, continuously rotational power and axially directionally transferring power can be obtained. |
