PURPOSE:To attain use of a switching element with a comparatively small current by applying a reverse bias to a diode provided to the secondary side of a current control transformer when the switching element is turned on. CONSTITUTION:Transistors (TRs) Q1, Q2 repeat turning on/off alternately. A closed circuit of power supply E leakage capacitance C1 of output transformer T3 leakage inductance L1 current control transformer T1 TRQ1 power supply E is formed at the moment when the TRQ1 turns on from the off- state and an induced voltage is produced at the secondary side of the transformer T1 at the same time, but since the secondary winding is formed with a polarity which gives a reverse bias to the diode D1, no current flows to the secondary induced voltage and the current at rising of the TRQ1 is limited. When the TRQ1 turns off from the on-state, the polarity of the secondary induced voltage of the transformer 1 is inversed, the D1 is conducted and this voltage is regenerated into the DC power supply E. This operation is repeated similarly to the TRQ2 also and the circuit is activated to maintain high energy efficiency of the switching circuit. |
