PURPOSE:To enable to decrease the number of parts and adjusted places and to allow miniaturization of the device and cost saving by obtaining digital signal processing of the majority of video signal processing including frequency modulation. CONSTITUTION:When an operation clock frequency of an analogue/digital converter 42 and a digital presignal processing circuit 43 is set as f1 and an operation clock frequency of a digital frequency modulation circuit 45 and a digital/ analogue converter 46 is set as f2, a sampling frequency conversion circuit 44 converts the sample value whose sampling frequency is f1 to the sample value whose sampling frequency is f2. Therefore, the output of a digital clip circuit 50, that is, the sample value output whose sampling frequency is f1 becomes the sample value output whose sampling frequency is f2 by the sampling frequency conversion circuit 44, and is inputted to the digital frequency conversion circuit 45. The luminance signal whose frequency is modulated is converted to the analogue amount by digital/analogue converter 46, interpolating processing is executed by the controlling the band by an LPF47, and only signals which are necessary for recording are obtained. |
