<p>PURPOSE:To permit to switch the conduction of heaters in accordance with the hot-water supplying load of each season by providing a plurality of midnight electric power heaters, separated into upper and lower heaters, and a temperature adjuster for midnight electric power, at the lower part of a tank. CONSTITUTION:A midnight electric power heater 2 is separated into upper and lower heaters 2a, 2b and a daytime electric power heater 3 is attached to the same flange to which the upper midnight electric power heater 2a is attached. The temperature adjuster 4 for midnight electric power and a conduction switching device 5 are connected to the midnight electric power heater 2. A conduction controller 6 for daytime electric power, operated in conduction with the temperature adjuster 4 for midnight electric power, is connected to the daytime electric power heater 3. In above-described constitution, when the temperature adjuster 4 is set at a given temperature (80 deg.C for example) or higher under a high hot- water supplying load, such as the load in winter or the like, the heaters 2a, 2b are conducted at the same time. When the hot-water supplying load is low, such as in summer or the like, the setting of the temperature adjuster 4 is changed or only the upper heater 2a is conducted under a high water temperature and whereby heat dissipating loss may be reduced.</p> |
