PURPOSE:To test and evaluate an electronic exchange system without connecting any channel system hardware by simulating part of the control system of an electronic exchange and a channel system by a load generating processor. CONSTITUTION:The electronic exchange system 1 has a main processor 3 and call processors 4 and 5 which control the channel system. The load generation system 2 consisting of a channel interface device 6, control system interface device 7, and load generating processor 8 is connected to the electronic exchange system 1. The load generating system 2 generates loads so as to establish the states (origination, dial tone reception, dial transmission, ringing signal reception, bus connection, incoming side answer, calling, disconnection, and release request) as if it were connected to the electronic exchange system 1 apparently without connecting any channel system hardware actually. |
