PURPOSE:To improve detecting sensitivity and to prevent a control TR from damage by using an OP amplifier for a current control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A current limiter is constituted of resistors R0, RSC and a comparator 6 consisting of an OP amplifier. Voltage V0 generated on both ends of the resistor R0 is expressed by V0=R0 (VOUT'/R6+VZ/R7), and if the voltage on both ends of the resistor RSC is VSC, the current limiter starts to operate when the condition of VSC>=V0 is established. When said condition is formed, the output of the comparator 6 is turned to the high level and current starts to flow into a TRQ6 so that current flowing into a control TRQ1 is quickly limited. |
