PURPOSE:To control the air/fuel ratio into theoretical level, in air/fuel ratio learning control method of internal-combustion engine, by correcting the abnormal value caused through disturbance thereby performing highly reliable air/fuel ratio learning control. CONSTITUTION:It is decided whether the air/fuel ratio signal produced from O2 sensor is representing lean air/fuel ratio, and if it is lean, it is further decided whether the learning value KGi is negative. If it is negative, it is further decided whether air/fuel ratio feedback correction factor FAF is exceeding over the setting level. If it is exceeding, predetermined value (x) is added to KGi. While when the air/fuel ratio is decided to be rich, it is decided whether KGi is positive, and if it is positive, it is further decided whether FAF is below setting level. If FAF is below setting level, predetermined value (x) is subtracted from KGi.
