PURPOSE:To promote radiating effect and treat drain perfectly by a method wherein a conical body, provided with blades on the outer surface thereof and rotated about the center line thereof, is attached to one end of a rotary shaft so as to locate the apex of the conical body toward downward and is provided in a ventilating circuit in order to promote the radiating effect silently under controlling scattering amount freely even in treating the drain mixed with dust. CONSTITUTION:The conical body 17a of a drain treating device 17 is provided with the blades 18 on the upper outer surface thereof. When the drain treating device 17 is rotated by a motor 19 under a condition that the lower part thereof is dipped into the drain slightly, the drain, on the outer surface of the conical body 17a, rises along the outer surface by the resultant of a centrifugal force and a gravity and is separated from the outer surface at a position whereat the centrifugal force becomes larger than the force of viscosity and is scattered radially into directions orthogonal to the rotating shaft 17b of the conical body 17a. Then, the drain collides against the blades 18, is atomized and is dispersed within a wide range. Accordingly, in case the drain is mixed with the dust uniformly, good and silent spraying effect may be effected normally. The scattering amount may be controlled freely by changing the rotating number of the motor 19. |
