PURPOSE:To improve the safety of an electronic computer system by producing an alarm in case a power supply is applied by mistake to the computer system within a time band where the power supply is cut off continuously from a reserved time point. CONSTITUTION:A memory 11 stores a reserved application time table 12 for power supply. This table 12 is read out by a program after the power supply of an electronic computer system 10 is applied and a loading action is through with an initial program. Then it is checked whether the power supply of the system 10 is switched on normally or not at the present time point obtained with reference to a timepiece mechanism 15. If an abnormal state is decided, an instruction controller 13 gives an instruction to an alarm driver 17 to actuate an alarm 18.
