PURPOSE:To realize an integrated service system that performs various information guide service by providing a processing means that accumulates and controls added value information required by an operator of an attendant board for call processing and visibly displaying information necessary in transition of service call of the repeating board. CONSTITUTION:In the case where an information call is given from a telephone set 7 disposed in a guest room to the attendant board 12, when the attendant board makes an incoming reply, a central control equipment 2 sends request information to a control processor 8 to display visibly subscriber information in a CRT terminal equipment 11 of the attendant board 12. The subscriber information is sent through data link corresponding to 64K bit of atime division switch 5 connected fixedly and displaced in the CRT terminal equipment 11. The attendant board operator call can attend to the guest with sufficient service basing on ample added value information such as the name of the guest room other attributes (man, woman or important person), or item of request etc. |
