PURPOSE:To obtain an ingredient-containing instant food such as WON TON (Chinese flour dumplings with pork in them, served in soup), neither swelling nor cracking under heating only by one drying with omitting previous frying, by blending raw materials comprising flour, starch, etc. with powder of the white to give raw pastries, sealing ingredients such as vegetables, etc. within them, frying the sealed materials. CONSTITUTION:(A) (i) 100pts.wt. raw materials such as flour, starch, and, if necessary, salt, powder for preparing carbonated water, etc. is blended with (ii) 0.5-5pts.wt. powder of the white (being treated to prevent blowing, dried and powdered), having >=5cm foaming ability, to give raw pastries. (B) Ingredients comprising vegetables, meat, etc. are sealed within them, and the sealed materials are fried, to give the desired ingredient-containing instant food. |
