PURPOSE:To reliably detect a malfunction operation by comparing the output pulse of a sensor with a drive pulse. CONSTITUTION:The output of a sensor 13 for detecting the moving operation is supplied to a counter 14, and a drive pulse applied to a stepping motor 4 is applied to a frequency divider 15. The divider 15 divides the frequency of the drive pulse, and supplies its output to the counter 14, and the counted value of the counter 14 is cleared at the prescribed period. The output of the counter 14 is compared by a comparator 16 with the set value of a setter 17. If the counted value of the counter is not cleared by clearing means and the counted value of the counter exceeds the set value, a malfunction detection signal is outputted by the comparator 16. |
