PURPOSE:To establish stabilized condition of voltex of molten glass to be introduced into a nozzle in earlier stage by providing spiral grooves to the upper part of whole part on the inside surface of many nozzles arranged protrusively at a fixed distance to a material of a bushing plate. CONSTITUTION:An aimed bushing plate 4' is provided by arranging protrudingly many nozzles 2 with a fixed distance to a material 1 of a bushing plate and providing spiral grooves 5 to the upper part or the whole part on the inside surface of the nozzle 2. By this constitution, the molten glass introduced into the nozzle 2 flows along the spiral grooves 5 establishing immediately stabilized voltex condition; therefore, the productivity is improved. Further, the resistance of molten glass to be introduced into the nozzle 2 is reduced, so the deformation of the nozzle 2 is prevented and the durability of the bushing plate 4' is improved. |
