PURPOSE:To obtain a material having excellent durability and mechanical strength by superposing plural sheets of specific materials such as Pt-W and Pt and subjecting the same to composite working to a desired thickness. CONSTITUTION:Plural sheets of Pt-W and >=1 kind among Pt-Rh, Pt-Ir, Pt-Ru and Pt-Au are superposed and are worked to a desired size by hot compression bonding and are further manufactured into the shape meeting applications. The material having the excellent durability and mechanical strength is thus obtd. |
