PURPOSE:To permit the positioning work with simple control by detecting the center point by transferring a center adjusting sensor nearly crossways. CONSTITUTION:The center adjusting sensor 4 held in detachable ways at the top edge position of a chuck unit 3 installed onto an automatic center adjusting apparatus 2 constituted of X- and O-axis table 6 shifts nearly crossways in the X- and O-axis directions on the circumference of a positioning hole 22, and the above-described transfer is repeated until the center point of the positioning hole 22 is detected. Therefore, the center adjustment of the chuck unit 3 the center point of the positioning hole 22 is permitted with high accuracy, a controller for by only instructing prescribed matters, and control is facilitated. |
