PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of a sawing cutter and obtain the superior cut state by selecting the cutting conditions in a wide range corresponding to the material, shape, etc., of a workpiece and correcting the cutting conditions even in cutting work and selecting other cutting conditions. CONSTITUTION:The cutting control means for a sawing machine is constituted of an optimum cutting condition setting means for back force component and cutting speed corresponding to the material and shape of a workpiece and sawing speed, back force component detecting means installed onto the back part of a sawing cutter, each means for selecting, changing, and correcting the optimum cutting conditions, calculation control means equipped with a microcomputer with outputs a cutting-in speed signal on the basis of the signal of the back force component detecting means, and a cutting-in speed varying means for the sawing cutter. An A/D converter is inserted between the back force component detecting means and the input port of the microcomputer. By said means, the breakage of the sawing cutter is prevented, and the superior cut state can be obtained. |
