PURPOSE:In a device having a built-in screw conveyor in a casing, treating a material in it with transporting the material, to improve blending performances of the material to be treated, by forming protrusions on the inner wall of the casing. CONSTITUTION:For example, in a continuous extractor of screw conveyor type useful for bringing protein of fish meat such as walleye pollack, etc. into contact with ethanol, separating the protein from water, fats and oils, the protrusions 30a are set on the inner wall of the casing 30 having the screw 36 in it. Consequently, a material to be treated is prevented from being rotated with the screw 35, and blending effect is increased. |
