<p>The porous material is put in a vacuum container and degasified and dehydrated. The said vacuum container is then filled with an impregnating solution contg. a curable synthetic resin and a curing agent under a high pressure. The impregnating solution is a methacrylate ester soln. and the said synthetic resin comprises polyester, epoxy resin or silicone rubber. The process is partic. used for reinforcing a porous stone having surface cracks and a high porosity.</p> |
