PURPOSE:To prevent stagnation of molten glass between nozzles adjacent to each other by arranging many nozzles to protrude with a fixed distance to a material for a bushing plate and forming the space between nozzles adjacent to each other to have arcuately protruded sectional form. CONSTITUTION:A target bushing plate 3' for the prepn. of glass fiber is provided by arranging many nozzles 2 to a material 1 for a bushing plate with a fixed distance, and forming the space between each adjacent nozzles 2 to arcuately protruding space 5. By this constitution, stagnation of molten glass at the arcuately protruding part 5 when fibrous glass such as glass fiber or continuous glass filament is prepd. Accordingly, devitrification of molten glass forming foreign matter due to crystallization of molten glass is prevented. Moreover, interferrence of flow or the molten glass at each adjacent nozzles 2 is retarded, so turbulence of flow is prevented and cutting of glass fiber extruded and drawn from the nozzles is suppressed. |
