PURPOSE:To simply effect upward drilling by making use of a hand drill mounted on a support operated by a link lever. CONSTITUTION:A hand drill 21 is supported on a support sleeve 30, and the sleeve 30 is fixed on a support 40. A link lever 60 is rotatably fixed on its support sleeve 30 at one end thereof and on its drill base 20 at the other end thereof. A workpiece 80 can be drilled only with operation of the link lever 60 by fixing the lower end of the support 40 on a floor surface 70 and setting a handled nut 50 by clamping it so as to bring the tip of a drill 23 into contact with the workpiece 80. |
