PURPOSE:To reduce or expand a migration pattern to a desired size and to display exactly a disease condition in an electrophoretic instrument by multiplying photometric data by an assigned magnification in accordance with the display command for the migration pattern to be recorded. CONSTITUTION:A specimen such as serum is coated on a support, is migrated in a migration vessel and is dyed in a dyeing vessel. The electrophoretic image thereof is photometrically obtd. The support 21 having the electrophoretic image is scanned by a photometric instrument consisting of a light source 22 and a photodetector 23. The photometric data is amplified 24 and is stored into a memory 27 under the control by a CPU26. The peaks of other components such as alpha-globulin are reduced or enlarged with the peak of, for example, albumin as a reference and are stored into a floppy disk 28. The stored data is displayed by a printer 29. The photometric data is multiplied by the assigned magnification and therefore the recording of the migration part of the entire part and/or part to a desired size is made possible and is made useful for diagnosis. |
