The present invention relates to a conductor implantable in the body. The conductor comprises a conducting body 1, at least one electrode 4 supported at one end 5 of the said body 1, means 6 for interaction of the electrode 4 with the cardiac wall characterised in that the interaction means 6 are constituted by a helical element 7 comprising one end 5a associated with the end 5 of the conductor 1 carrying the electrode 4 and a free opposite end 5'.
