PURPOSE:To manufacture a homogeneous tire without cord disorder by setting a green tire consisting of cord fabric with semi-vulcanized rubber fixed at a core in a mold and vulcanizing a rubber filled in a lug molding cavity. CONSTITUTION:A green tire 10 consisting of cord fabric 13 with semi-vulcanized rubber having beads 12 provided at both ends is fixed at a core 18 and then is set in a top force 16 and a bottom force 17. After these procedures, rubber is injected under pressure into a cavity 19 formed by both forces by means such as injection to form a lug 20. Then it is heated and vulcanized and taken off the forces. It is possible to pevent cord disorder, thus obtaining a homogeneous tire because the lug part is molded in such a state that a cord fabric with semi- vulcanized rubber is fixed to a cored. The titled manufacture is suitable for agricultural tires. |
