摘要 |
PURPOSE:To produce a thin grain-oriented silicon steel sheet at a good yield by forming a silicon steel sheet finished by rolling to an adequate thickness into a coil inserted with a steel sleeve in the internally wound part after decarburization annealing then subjecting the coil to final finish annealing. CONSTITUTION:A silicon steel sheet finished to a final product thickness of 0.15-0.25mm. by hot rolling and cold rolling is subjected to decarburization annealing and is then coiled and while a steel sleeve 3 having about 2mm. wall thickness (t) is held inserted to the internal winding side of such coil 1, the coil is placed on a receiving base 2 and is subjected to final finish annealing. The coil 1 is thus prevented from loosening the internal winding part and from generating strain and coil break and the thin grain oriented silicon steel sheet is obtd. with high quality at a high yield. The steel contg. <=0.006wt% C is preferably used for the above-mentioned steel sleeve 3 in order to carburize the steel sheet during finish annealing at a high temp. for long time and to prevent deterioration in the magnetic characteristic. |
