摘要 PURPOSE:To automatically clamp a workpiece by permitting the free engagement and disengagement between an oil-pressure feeding apparatus and a pallet having a hydraulic clamper for fixing a standardized small-sized fixture for previously fixing the workpiece. CONSTITUTION:When pressurized oil is supplied into a pallet 60 side through the hydraulic couplers 51 and 61 on the oil feeding side from an oil-pressure feeding apparatus 50, the swing arm 66a of each clamper 66 turns by a prescribed angle in a prescribed direction and clamps the fastening base seat 95 of a fixture 90, which is fixed onto the pallet 60. When a workpiece mounted onto the fixture 90 on a work stocker 40 is to be worked, one fixture 90 is loaded onto one pallet 60 on an APC20 by a robot 30, and after the all work is completed, the oil-pressure feeding apparatus 50 and the pallet 60 are put into separated state, and the object in clamp is standardized in the fixture 90. Therefore, the clamping mechanism can be simplified and automated.
