PURPOSE:To economize manhour by form a pressurized-fluid feeding hole opened onto the workpiece installation surface of a working base and installing a pump apparatus for pressurizing and feeding the fluid. CONSTITUTION:An opened port 3 is formed in distribution over the whole part, onto the workpiece installation surface of a working base, and a hole 4 for the communication to each opened port 3 is formed inside the working base. Each opened port 3 is formed into tapered form having the thinner top edge, and a ball 6 is fitted so as to project at the tapered opened port. In the state where the ball 6 is fitted in projection, the opened port 3 is closed, and the pressurized liquid which acts onto the communication hole 4 is the directions of arrow does not flow out. When a workpiece 2 is set onto the working base 1, the ball 6 set under the workpiece 2 is lowered by pressure, and a gap is formed at the opened port 3, and the pressurized liquid supplied by a pump 10 jets-out. Then, the workpiece 2 is floated-up by the liquid jetted-out from each opened port 3, and the friction is reduced, and the workpiece 2 can be transferred very easily. |
