PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of flatness and surface roughness of working face of thin roller by providing a plurality of conical working rollers having barrel type circumference rotatably on a work head. CONSTITUTION:A working roller 27 provided to a working head 25 is contacted with constant pressure against the fixing face 10a of ring gear (work) to through advance of working head 25. Here, the working roller 27 is rotated around a support pin 28 by frictional resistance at each section while following rotation of ring gear 10 and the working head 25 is rotated around the supporting shaft 23 by the load of working roller 27. Consequently, said roller 27 will spin around the supporting shaft 23 while revolving but will not rotate with same rotary ratio against the ring gear 10 but lag slightly. As a result, each working roller 27 will rotate while scratching the surface of fixing face 10a to burnish the fixing face 10a. |
