PURPOSE:To obtain the titled confectionary having a new flavor, by baking cheese wrapped in a coating made from wheat flour as a main raw material. CONSTITUTION:Cheese in place of a bean-jam filling wrapped in a coating made from wheat flour as a main raw material is baked to give the aimed confectionery.
