PURPOSE:To perform a rust preventive operation for a titled module with the efficiency higher than for the operation recoating a rust preventive agent thereon by manual labor in the stage of assembling the module by stretching a net coated with a water soluble rust preventive agent above the module structure. CONSTITUTION:Many modules are installed on an outdoor site for module installation near a quay in the case of assembling outdoors pipings, piping supports, apparatus, etc. to provide the assemblies modular like in, for example, a nuclear power plant installation. Each module has a pressure vessel 5, a piping spool 6, a valve 7 and a structure 8 for supporting the piping. A net 9 is stretched in the upper part of the module via a body frame 4 having both functions as an assembly base for the module and a protective frame for transportation. A water soluble rust-preventive agent 10 is coated on the net 9 and when rain falls, the agent 10 dissolves in the rain water and falls in the form of water drops onto the vessel 5, etc. The entire part of the module is thus easily protected against rust.
