NEW MATERIAL:The mother cell strain for the preparation of human hybridoma which is a hypoxanthine-guanine-phosphoribosyltransferase-dificient mutant of a Namalwa cell which is a kind of human Burkitt's lymphoma cell. USE:A mother cell strain for the preparation of human hybridoma having excellent fusion capability to human lymphocyte B and capable of producing an antibody. PREPARATION:The cell is cultured in a serum medium added with preferably 30mug/ml of 6-thioguanine, at 37 deg.C in a 5% CO2 gas incubator, refreshing the medium every 3-5 days.
